In reality, a NC Miata is really a convertible RX-8 with an inline-4 swapped in for reliability.

Fun Fact: The visors in the Ferrari only go up/down. No swivel. Not only do the VW’s swivel, there is an ADDITIONAL fold down visor attached to the Oh-Crap handle on the driver’s side.

So, I guess I am a peasant when I drive the Ferrari. LOL

For that you just take the whole front subframe with engine and gearbox out of an RX-8 and put it in an NC. It was done shortly after the NC came out.
